I remember him in Minder and I thiught he was good alongside George Cole.
But on our news today they showed an excerpt from an interview where he confessed to hitting his wife.
He even seemed to trivialise it.
I don't think there is any excuse for hitting your wife.
He has gone down in my opinion of him.
