To be honest I don't think it's true and I don't think it is especially funny.
My original reply was obviously very tongue in cheek.
I'd say it is the sort of "joke" that would draw howls of laughter after several beers in the pub.
But in this latest reply I was laughing at Dave not laughing without permission.
