There is a 21st rule which I think should be added - All posts are subject to the Libel laws of The United Kingdom. Please remember this when posting as dispite the annonimity granted by message boards you may still be traced through a number of methods and this could result in legal action.

Should we allow political publicity on behalf of the EDL?

I have once again had a post deleted.... I assume jokes about eggs are possibly offensive (
) but in all seriousness.... If a moderator deletes a post, should they not at the very least message the person to explain why and to ensure there is not a repeat?
Simply deleting without explanation is totalitarian to say the least!
Thoughts?

and I have had posts deleted
so mutual respect is best
I can only speak for myself
if you delete my posts, let me know why, I will not argue, but try and modify my posts etc etc
Plymouth to Portsmouth 2017 -2018, that ain't far
Re: FORUM RULES READ BEFORE POSTING - UPDATED 26/7 SEE LAST
Most of us have had posts deleted.
Rule number 16
16. The POSH reserves the right to edit, reprint, distribute, or delete any posting for any reason and without prior notification or explanation to the author. Moderators and administrators frequently review forum messages for those that are in violation of the rules. Any messages found to be in violation will be deleted without warning or explanation.
It doesn't bother me if no reason is given.
I know from experience that moderating is a pain. If we don't like the way it is done, too bad.
I, for one, think the mods on this board do a pretty good job.

Tony represents the other side of that view.
Rule 16 needs amending. Moderators are accountable because biased amendments ought to be transparent. I am sick and tired of making a point which is not threatening or abusive being subsequently deleted. If the current mods have an issue with free speech, should they not step down? The low number of users of this forum indicates something is very wrong.
Any mods want to comment?
Re: FORUM RULES READ BEFORE POSTING - UPDATED 26/7 SEE LAST
the problem seems to be person to person
its a shame the mods (they might have)don't have a mod account whereby they could pm a person, without that person knowing which mod they were dealing with
and then say post deleted due to breaking (say) rule 3 4 and 5 end of

You are lucky that our mods might just ignore your comments.
