Three points and no goals conceded is a decent days work, though we should have had more. Solid debut for the young goalie.

Got to win five out of the last six games to be sure of going up IMO.

Wow. Just seen Fergie’s interview & he is livid. Burrows wasn’t injured, but taken off because of his attitude. Scathing against all the attackers.
He’s got a point but to be angrier after that than he appeared after Blackpool is quite strange.

Absolutely. A bit of encouragement goes a long way and hyper-criticism can sometimes be counterproductive!

I thought he struck exactly the right note. Goal difference may yet come into play. We know we have a seven-goal performance in our locker. Today Wimbledon scored five at Accrington, 21st-place Wigan scored four at Doncaster and Oxford scored six at Crewe. We've managed a four-goal swing over Sunderland, but it could have been more; likewise, we might have eaten into Hull's goal-difference advantage over us.

Thought we could easily have scored eight, Lee Camp was easily their man of the match. Our keeper looked quality, Thompson was our stand out player along with Dembele. .and surely Eisa deserves credit for his performance.

Fergie is taking notice of DMac's demand for a goalfest.

Winning is the most important thing and all we have to do is keep winning. But we may not win every game and we should have scored more.
Goal difference could be the difference between automatic promotion and the play-offs.

If we don't go up this season, we'll never go up. Not many good sides this year, which has allowed Fergie to look like he knows what he's doing!
