BURTON ALBION v POSH

Post by Gaz_Miller »

Not sure why, but I have a horrible feeling about this one.

Really hope I'm wrong.

On last 20 form our last game against Oxford was top against second, on last six form Saturday’s game is top two against each other, they are much improved under JFH, and a good window. Without Taylor and possibly without JCH we should still be too strong for them.

Me too. I just hope that it is not the beginning of a mini collapse! It can happen!

It's the mini collapse that really worries me. We ALWAYS seem to do it.

Queensland ALWAYS gets more rain in February but this year we were crying out for rain.
You are allowed to be worried but look on the bright side. We may not have a mini collapse. We might well keep gaining the points needed to secure automatic promotion.
We'll start by giving Burton a hiding.

I know Ryan Broom is on loan at Burton, could we insist that as part of the loan deal we let him play.

We've already agreed that he is NOT allowed to play! :)

which Burton seemed to have assumed relates to every game as he hasn't started many games for them recently.

The fixture last year just shade over a year ago was the last time Eisa scored a league goal!

The stars are all lining up again for Mo Eisa! Could he score again against them, but this time, hopefully a winner? (29th February 2020!)

I was just remembering last years game https://www.theposh.com/news/2020/march ... on-v-posh/ I know I went to Burton on the 29th Feb, I felt sure I'd made it to the game after about four or five pints of Old Rosie, but there are about four pictures of the crowd showing Posh fans, and I can't even remember if I was on the side or behind the goal. Anyway doesn't it look nice seeing pictures of fans in the freezing cold?

Just a thought on games on iFollow, we often joke about Saturday's being a wonderful day out meeting friends in great pubs and having a few ales, talking to fellow fans en route, all in all, a wonderful day out ruined by the bit between 3 and 5, Now we are not getting all the prelims the bit between 3 and 5, for the most part, has been quite acceptable. Why can't you do it all the time in front of an audience?
