Your bit about "careful buying and selling" is what worries me Ashman. We have the perennial habit of selling the family silver when it comes to transfer window time. So I'm a little confused about how we can get out of League 1 when we constantly sell the players who can help to get us promoted AND keep us in the Championship.

But a new stadium is likely to bring in more income which is what the owners want to see.
The only way you are going to generate more income is by playing in the championship and the away support other teams bring to the city . Not relying on the current 5-6000 regulars and season ticket holders.
If the current owners continue with their plans for a new stadium they will be expecting more income from the use of the stadium for events other than football.
I don't disagree with you that a new stadium can generate income. My point is that we are in League 1 and annually sell the players who can take us forward. A new stadium does not give us the right to promotion.

Nobody has said that! It's the other way round. In order to fund a new stadium, it would need the team to be playing in the Championship with greatly improved attendances. It's all a chicken and egg situation, certainly at the moment with the uncertainty of where football is going. I can't now see Posh playing in the Championship in a brand new stadium for a good number of years.

Every Club in football IS a selling Club.
Yet again, absolute nonsense.

No, it's spot on the money.
No, it isn't.
Every club sells if the player wants away or the club no longer wants them, because it's in nobody's interest to keep them. That does NOT make them a selling club.
A selling club is one who actively try to make a profit on players & then sell them to the highest bidder. If you think every club fits into that criteria then other sports are available.

Once again your attitude of I'm right and everyone else is wrong, it must be a socialist thing
I don't judge people on race, religion, gender,
ability or size, I judge them on whether or not
they're a prat!

Do you believe every football club in the world is a 'selling club'?

Most of them, yes, Real Madrid sold Ronaldo, Barcelona sold Figo and Neymar, Liverpool sold Courtino and Suarez and many others, the few who don’t need to sell, if in fact they don’t are bankrolled by Arabs, even Manure supposedly the biggest club in the world sold Cristiano Ronaldo at the top of his career.now you name a few that are not?

Every example you gave fits into...
Every club sells if the player wants away or the club no longer wants them, because it's in nobody's interest to keep them. That does NOT make them a selling club.
...so, not every club is a selling club. You agree with my original statement yet blamed it on my 'attitude'.
Sometimes it gets boring being right all the time
