Re: Sheffield Utd. v Posh

The Kent/Knight partnership does not work, Butler poor, Burrow's inexperience showed, and Ward average, Sammie should take up marathon running as that's about all he did, run around like a headless chicken, Fergie need to own this situation as it's him that said we didn't need any defensive cover, ...

Utterly out of his depth at Championship level in my opinion.

Re: Strikers

Marriott was injured for much of last season. Derby were glad to get rid of him and Sheffield Wed fans were not impressed while he was on loan there,

I hope Posh will not come to regret re-signing him and especially on a reported three year contract.

Re: covid 19 (non political)

2/3s of Adults double jabbed, no justification for reintroducing restrictions whatsoever. More men died of Prostrate cancer yesterday than covid either directly or indirectly, one every 45 minutes sadly. People need to be responsible for their own health and wellbeing Sadly the third that haven’t b...

Re: Coronavirus

I can’t even understand why it’s being allowed , I’d suggest also that Starmer as usual is hedging his bets, yes change Christmas, but don’t allow schools to close early, both make sense to me. Totally baffles me. If people can't do without a 'usual' xmas for just one year then we live in a very se...

Re: Coronavirus

The Christmas five day lifting of restrictions should be cancelled. I anticipate a considerable increase of infections/deaths in the weeks following the break. Covid does not recognize or respect Christmas. Our children and grandchildren usually come to us for Boxing Day lunch & tea. Not this ye...

I would have the vaccination and I would ensure that my wife would. You sound like a control freak Tony! I don't know what a control freak sounds like. My wife is at an advanced stage of Alzheimer's and I would have to ensure that she had the vaccination. A dreadful disease. You have my sincere sym...

Re: Coronavirus

All the vaccines in the world plus testing and tracing will never mean that persons are 100% safe from Covid-19. The virus will evolve just like 'flu but with more serious consequences. At some point the risk must be taken to ease lockdown restrictions. Is life worth living if one is to be confined ...

Re: Coronavirus

Social distancing may have helped but there is a limit to its practicality. Social distancing is the most important way of stopping the spread of this virus. It has definitely helped. You will have to get used to it. You might be allowed to go to a restaurant but social distancing will apply, in my...
