Re: Coronavirus

Of course there will be. And the South African variant will mean loskdown number 4 by autumn ...and no doubt the government will get the blame despite it being the fault of stupid people who can’t follow rules Follow what rules? You mean having to drink and eat outside in freezing temperatures whil...

Re: 6 games to go

I think it’s fairly obvious we don’t have the quality to compete at a higher level, we do however have some good players certainly better than the ill equipped three that went up under false pretences last time. The back five along with Edwards will be good enough, not too sure about the midfield, T...

Re: 6 games to go

We can't blow this now! Sunderland's best player is a chubby 36 year old journeyman. Sums up the league this season. We'll get destroyed next season if we go up, but reckon only Hull would have a realistic chance of staying up out of League 1. Nice to see our resident doom merchant, still chucking ...

Re: Posh v Northampton

It will be if they change it to Sunday, meaning we'll only have two days off unless they change the Tuesday fixture to Wednesday as well, far better to have a different kick-off on Saturday or a Friday evening kick-off A Friday or Sunday change are essentially the same. It doesn't really matter as ...

Re: Swindon v Posh

Thought we could easily have scored eight, Lee Camp was easily their man of the match. Our keeper looked quality, Thompson was our stand out player along with Dembele. .and surely Eisa deserves credit for his performance.

Re: Swindon v Posh

Unsurprisingly Bursik replaces Pym, Siriki replaces Burrows whilst Szmodics is replaced by Eisa

Re: Christy Pym

He and Blackmore have obviously been drawing their wages under false pretences, when Gyollai had Covid we even put Tyler on the bench in preference to the young lad.

Re: Christy Pym

I would hate to see us get points deducted retrospectively for playing an ineligible player. Blimey. Don't say things like that! That really would be a catastrophe. Judging by the way we have been treated over the years I would expect exactly that level of treatment, remember what happened in 1967-...
