Re: RIP Jimmy Greaves

England's greatest ever goal scorer. (Tottenham 116 goals in 152 appearances, Chelsea 10 in 17, AC Milan 9 in 13, and England 44 in 57. We are unlikely to ever see stats like that again.) Lovely congenial man who lost his mate Ian St. John just this last March. Saint and Greavsie kept the nation ent...

Re: We could be without JCH

Aren’t these things normally dealt with (pushed through) quickly? Yet, this is still hanging over JCH/Posh. Maybe common sense is being applied and they’ll kick it out!!! Or at worst, apply a 10 day ban during the next international break! JCH has been superb this season and would be a great loss a...

True, but unlikely to play at Posh again. Fergie is not a very forgiving manager - just like his old man!

Re: Reality used to be a friend of mine

Charlton fans criticised the manager (Curbs) that had got them into the Top 10 of the 1st division. My point is that if Posh finish 4th bottom or higher, this season, it will be a success. How we do that, I don’t really care. I’ve seen some comments on here about being a small club; which I disagre...

Re: A minutes silence

The only trouble with that is the mindless idiots who can never wait until the end of a game. They insist on leaving five/ten minutes before the final whistle shuffling along the rows, getting in front of fans trying to watch the often vital last few minutes.

Re: Posh v Birmingham City

As for "more sensible".. . I call it as I see it, always have....praise when it's due and criticism when it's earned...you seem to be as clueless as some on the other site...I guess one question would be "Why did we have to wait 8 games for a performance like this?" The habit of...

Re: DAME Emma Raducanu

Romanian father. Chinese mother, born in Canada, lived in Britain for 16 years. If you didn’t know the story, would you say British, or does the trophy help? The question is, where you get you nationality from? In my opinion, it is a combination of where you were born and the nationality of your pa...

Re: 9/11

I noticed that some of the Birmingham players did before the game yesterday. It appears that this has become a matter for personal choice.

Absolutely brilliant performance and brilliant win...some outstanding performances across the entire team but especially Dembele, Grant, Norburn, Edwards, Butler, Thompson and Cornell...and, well done Fergie!!!! I just hope that you will from now on be a lot more sensible in your posts. As for your...

Re: Hughton Sacked...

So, bottom of the league after 7 games and Notts Forest sack their manager - Steve Cooper and Chris Wilder in the mix to replace him...I'd take either if we find ourselves in the same boat....brave move to admit that things needed a fundamental turnaround after an alarmingly poor start to the seaso...

Spot on Dave :D (well nearly anyway! Shame about the Szmodics slip up!) Better than the ET effort, who reported the final score as 2-1 to Reading!
