Q&A Thursday 15th August

Post by Gaz_Miller » 13 Aug 2019, 22:00

Would love to be there on Thursday to get some proper answers (unfortunately working in Sussex).

I doubt anybody will have the balls to ask how long the managers got or even if the owners dare reply.

Lose Saturday and it really is looking bad. Surely they won’t back him indefinitely?

They’ll give him more than 3 blimmin’ matches.
And quite right too.
We go again...

Last season doesn’t count then when he took us out of the play offs?

Was you pleased with his performance last time he was at the club too?

He’s punching above his weight in league one. Ask yourself why he couldn’t get another job. Notts County employed Harry Kewell over him.

He makes Steve Evans look like Pep Guardiola.

Sorry nipper, you can't educate pork, Gaz has his tiny mind made up and that is not worth arguing with. Go back to dotnet, oh wait they kicked you out, not for not agreeing with them but for being a pain in the @r5€

The forum is ostensibly about the ground situation not any anti manager point scoring though

I understand that Adi, but the two aren't mutually exclusive.

Keep Fergie a bit longer & we'll only need a 3,000 seater stadium

How's that working out for Notts County Gaz?

They sacked Kewell & then appointed another manager. They got relegated and are now in the national league. Our manager never did get offered the role.

What's your point?

Well, we're never going to know if Ferguson could have out performed those managers, are we?

No, you have to get offered a job somewhere before you can show how good/bad you are.

Fortunately for Ferguson, Darragh is still involved in football.

It was. Dmac was asked by Darren if he wanted him to be there. DMac said 'Best not mate!'
