As someone said elsewhere you'd prefer a wife beater to someone who swears and shouts a lot
Re: Next Posh manager?
Yes, I would. Anyway the title Wifebeater is a bit strong.

I think we should go for Mushy and Digger, could be a gamble on the first though

Looks like you might do ashman.

But, Brian predicted some time ago that Fergie would be back sooner or later.
I can't find the post but he definitely did.

Re: Next Posh manager?
Brian and I had discussed this a few games ago and our thoughts were that it would happen. I'm just glad it has come to pass. Only time will tell now.

We were certainly "as one" Dave for sure,as we knew the standard on the pitch was nowhere good enough. Tensions between the chairman and Evans was pretty obvious for sometime. Results at a Club are of course paramount(these were only average with a very poor home record)but the football played on the pitch is STILL the most important overall. Crowds will now increase by a considerable number hopefully and it WILL be entertaining.
I will be 100% for Darren F.in the future starting with Bristol Rovers next Tuesday. See all you Posh fans there, including Dave and Nipper.
We knew something was brewing yesterday and stayed in the Lounge after the game and the atmosphere could be 'cut with a knife', we eventually walked to the car to go home and soon after the radio announced Evans was going. No surprise to us. Rumours have abounded for 3-4 weeks from good sources.

Glad the clowns Evans and Raynour have gone, they never met with my standards on and off the field. However down to basics, some of the worst football I have seen at Posh for a long time, win lose or draw, just entertain me
Plymouth to Portsmouth 2017 -2018, that ain't far
