It certainly is but it doesn't necessarily make him a good ref - paramedic maybe! Unfortunately he is getting a bit long in the tooth (47) to be doing this job.

A much better performance all round with a midfield actually performing rather than being by passed. The game should have been all over by half time with the number of clear cut chances that were created but Posh were hanging on at the end, only being saved by the excellent Chapman.

Toney let us down for this game, should have had 4-5 'easy' goals. We played well across the team until 20 minutes from the end and then someone put on the switch and the midfield played too deep and Posh players were turning their back. Chapman saved the day.
Maddison, Cooke, Tomlin, Chapman and Taff were 70 minutes of top class football. A bit better alround.

Chapman certainly made a couple of excellent saves, but his all round performance was only about a five out of ten, and I’m not blaming him for the goal it would have beaten most keepers. Taff missed nearly as many chances as Toney. Tomlin was magical. I agree that Maddison and Cooke were very good but so were Dempsey and Lafferty.
