Some geniuses on here as always, drop our player of the year as apparently he can’t play in the championship (we’re in League One in case you hadn’t noticed and will be next year as well) oh and then replace him with the most overrated player we’ve ever had. You couldn’t make this stuff up :clap2:

...You just have.

Where has anyone said drop Anthony Grant?

No...He's not a championship standard player.

Most of ours aren't.

And most of the players in Leagues 1 and 2 aren't either.

Well worth a read on the other message board
The new manager bounce (and he’s bouncier than most,) added to his reputation for setting his teams up and demanding a lot from them gives me confidence. I’m going for a 3-1 win with Bogle, Marriott and Maddison getting the goals in front of 6,231 as his reign gets under way.

It's a proper six pointer for sure.....

It's a fresh start for us and 12 games to decide whether we're a play off side...or a mid table side.

For today...it's all set up for a Posh win. New manager, players out to impress, crowd behind the team....Against a Charlton side with injury worries and erratic form. They haven't had a much better season than us.

Home win for me....

Always a good competitive game against Charlton, with extra spice now Karl R. is their Manager. Family affair today as youngest son(usually London Road Ender) and one of the girl 9 year twins, who is football mad,is joining me in the Lounge on Table 1.
Here is to a fresh era, some good football and maybe a few more wins.

I hope this will be a great day for you, Brian, and especially your granddaughter.

No parking in Fair meadow, best park in Oakham where it's free and get a taxi.

Trying to watch Man Utd v Liverpool but can't stop thinking ahead to this.

Genuine excitement for the first time in ages.

The first thing I'll be looking for is what sort of intensity our lot come on to the pitch with just before kick-off. We'd become borderline asleep until GM.

Also want to see what MM's workrate is like. Think he'll either thrive or vanish under the fat jock.
