roads

Post by stuie » 07 Feb 2018, 16:01

In Britain we used to drive on the left hand side of the road, now we drive on what is left of the road

How anybody can ride a bike or motorcycle safely in this country, is beyond me

My wife says this every day. I went along a road called Dundry Hill the other day, a steep windy hill going away from Bristol. It is certainly the worst I have seen and I would imagine an accident waiting to happen for a motor cyclist especially in rain with puddles covering the danger.

I wouldn't be surprised if you, Superfit DaveLister, on your souped-up bicycle, moved across the city faster than the rest of the Peterborough traffic! :clap2:

I spotted the council inspecting pot holes the other day.
Apparently they're not bad enough to do anything with them yet.
