Onwards and upwards?

Forwards sideways and backwards more like.

Way too inconsistent.

Beat Bury.
Draw at Bradford.
Beat imposters.

That would be a very unPOSH Xmas but would actually get us well back in to the mix.
just on facebook, can not see your comments, why is DMAC upset with you

cos I point out the shortcomings of MM whilst praising him :)

Myself and Darragh get on well though and can have a pop at each other without falling out......I think :D

I think Darragh was more peed off cos the post started with asking if Magic and Jack will stay and someone turned it around to slagging Leo and Jermaine off.
We go again...

nice to see we are holding on to 7 points in the last 5 games (1.4 points per game), against 1.5 per game for the season to date - Post Bury, Bradford away will be a bigger challenge

10 points in the last 5 games, (2 points a game), have we turned the corner, well done GM and Posh

Yes. There's a hill just round the corner though. All we have to do is keep going up.

Interesting that we all see a good second half of season in front of us (barring the open transfer window) :comeon:

We all have hope after all and get to "enjoy" the football in the process!

It's a purple patch isn't it?

Interesting thing about the Donny game will be 2 managers who have the ability to have good purple patches and struggle to stop a long running form dip. Fergie had that problem during both reigns here

Very true, but this is probably similar if you look at most football managers. I just hope that Grant has served his out his 'long running form dip' for this season! :comeon:

No comparisons John....

Fergie has achieved 4 promotions.

McCann has achieved nothing.

I think you've missed my point Super...

I wasn't comparing McCann to Fergie in any way other than they both had poor running streaks whilst here. Fergie really struggled to turn form around but when he did he sent us on pretty impressive "purple patches" as you call it. McCann hasn't really done that let alone a sniff at promotion!
