League 1 Finishing Table 2013/14

Post by Poshay » 14 Jul 2013, 10:03

I am happy to do the calcs for this table again this season : points based on deviation from correct finishing position and a 10 point bonus for a spot on prediction. If anyone else would like to do it or suggest a different system for calculations please feel free to respond on this thread.

Good idea Poshay.
When is the deadline for entering? In other words, do we get a game or two to see what's happening?
I'm entering the following right now because I may not have internet access for a couple of weeks starting soon.
But if you do make a deadline later than August 3rd I might have to alter it.
1 Wolves
2 Posh
3 Bristol City
4 Sheffield Utd
5 MK Dons
6 Preston
7 Bradford
8 Coventry
9 Gillingham
10 Brentford
11 Rotherham
12 Crewe
13 Tranmere
14 Swindon
15 Notts Co
16 Carlisle
17 Walsall
18 Oldham
19 Crawley
20 Leyton Orient
21 Port Vale
22 Colchester
23 Shrewsbury
24 Stevenage

For consistency with the other prediction leagues the cut off would be August 2 (Sheff U play Notts C then).

Ah, I see what you mean! The first league one game is Sheffield Utd v Notts County on the Friday night. The rest of the league play on the Saturday, the Official first day of the season!

Both the match attendance and game results have cut offs prior to the event.
