England v Australia

Post by bristleposh » 18 Nov 2017, 18:41

In the proper game 30-6 four tries to nil, two yellow cards to the dirty Oz, two disallowed tries for the Aussies who had their captain Hooper almost in tears at the end. Ah
I started a joke that had the whole world crying
But I didn't see that the joke was on me

We Aussies don't make excuses, but.
We should have won.
We could have won.
The TMO cheated.
England has an Aussie coach.

...

RU is a game to be played, soccer is one to be watched. "England" make better use of their South Sea Islanders than Oz do.

Perhaps by using fewer we only had two in the starting 15 whereas oz had ten in their matchday squad. We beat them end of.

National qualification rules (if there are any) are farcical. Only in yesterday's Daily Telegraph the All Blacks management were said to bemoaning the fact that star player Ben Shields (New Zealand born and bred) has defected to play for Wasps so he can qualify for England's World Cup squad.

Did I tell you the (true) story about when my wife went to see her mother.
Her mother asked "Where's Tony today?" "He's at the cricket." My wife replied " Australia are playing England at the Gabba".
"Oh" said Mum in law " Who is Tony playing for? Australia or England?"

But when I was at the rugby she just said "Does he still support England?"

I suppose for you it depends on who's winning, seems the only team you have stuck with is POSH and good on ya for that
