Top story on BBC six o'clock news

Postby bristleposh » 13 Feb 2017, 20:12

Re prisons. I put this on Facebook this morning after seeing the story about their upcoming undercover expose.

Reading lots of horrendous stories lately about evil people, beating up elderly people, kicking cats, maltreating animals, sexually abusing children. This morning on BBC Television they sound surprised that there is a problem in Britain's Prisons. Put all the evil scum in one place and BINGO there is going to be carnage. Put them on a deserted island in the middle of the Atlantic with bread and water delivered weekly, let them police themselves the EVIL EVIL SCUM.

That's my opinion why can't this country tie up on this idea of trying to rehabilitate these scum, they really should be humanely put down, but the PC brigade keep telling us about their human rights, bollox, what about the human rights of the victims, and the prison officers who have to go to work in fear of their lives. Utterly ridiculous.

The answer is to resurrect the concept of penal colonies and send them to say Australia.

They, Australia actually put their immigrants on an isolated Island just off their Coast until they are checked/double checked and checked again to allow them on to the Mainland.(according to the press here)

And the press there are pretty correct.
I assumed that Poshay was joking. If they sent them here they would be sent straight back.

Not sure Australia has really got a good solution, many Australians agree, especially as being a migrant country

Not sure what the best solution is, other than resolving the domestic problems

The only sensible way to deal with the scumbags that are guilty of these crimes is to not pamper them with TVs, in the cell. Take away everything, make it so painful for them they don't want to go back, the PC brigade go on about their human rights, what about the human rights of the rest of society who's lives they ruin.

Quite so but the "wishy washies" on here will not agree with you.
