yes

If there is one thing I will blame the Labour government for, apart from the invasion of iraq, it is the way online gambling (as well as those daft fruit machines in bookies) has been "liberalised" and allowed to be the curse to so many people who have become so easily addicted

I do believe they should ban advertising of gambling on terrestrial television

We agree 100% on something. The only people who benefit from the rape of the betting industry are those at the top, the shops themselves that were once run by managers who needed to know what they were doing are now run by kids who have no knowledge of what a bet is, and are on the minimum wage, another thing that would be down to the Labour government.

Agree.

Advertising on TV should 100% be banned.

FOBTs are on the way out though, which is obviously a good thing.

Sports betting has just exploded in the USA following a law change. William Hill getting stick over there for their shady shitting-down/restriction methods. UK punters have become used to them unfortunately.

by the way I am allowed to bet for recreational reasons, wtf they think I was doing, you are allowed to bet as long as you do not make a profit ffs
