Cardiff City

I was delighted that Cardiff City gained automatic promotion today.

Proves that with good management, very average players can be moulded into a team that is so much better than the individuals in it.

They will probably be relegated next season but nevertheless, Neil Warnock has proved once again that he is a truly outstanding Championship and lower league level manager. If only we could have somebody like him at Posh! Mr Evans is not in the same class by a long way in my opinion.

why would you say "they will probably be relegated next season" ?

its clearly a possibility , but there will be a scramble with about 7 or 8 teams

it is so often that clubs go down, or escape because of one fortunate late kick or one daft refereeing decision

surely let us rejoice that a lesser club has done well

none of the promoted sides last season look like being relegated...

I do rejoice. I hope they stay up but when I look at the players he has, I just feel Neil Warnock will have a hard battle on his hands at Premiership level.
