Punishable in England by retrospective actions from next season . Culprits will be banned.

Typical, no thought gone into the plan, if someone dives and gains an advantage, mainly a penalty, it can effect the result of that match. By doing it retrospectively the team that benefit is the team that the player is suspended against. As usual the FA are failing to use the benefits of technology in the right way.
