pa system

Post by nnposh » 06 May 2007, 22:23

dont know if ive put this in the right place
ive talked to other fans around the ground and thay say the pa is quite loud but in the london road end you can hardley hear it.
allso for next season could we please use it to get the atmospher going before a game
a few tunes pumping out and fans jumping and singing along
and someone getting the crowd going rather than just giving out birthday wishes ect

RE: Pa System, I Agree, unless the L.R.E is nearly empty you can not hear much on the back wall, I have an idea  , I notice that the speakers point down, because they are on an a moving mount could they be raised upwards to point straight towards the back wall, this might help?

I'm at the front and you can't make out what is being said there either.

The PA System will be checked when the company come in for the inspection. I will reccommend to see if a speaker can be put at teh back.

Best place to hear the tannoy system, is outside the ground, you can hear every word.

i think that it would be awesome for the squad to sing a modernised version of the "posh we are" song... and that they should play both the old and new one just before the start of the game.. this would help the atmosphere.. I have gone to every home game this season and i think i have heard it once.. i have been to chelsea and liverpool games and they always play at least 5-6 songs to create atmosphere and everton always do the same.. i believe posh should do this to help build up the atmosphere

The only thing the PA system should be playing is "Posh We Are".
