I have an iPad that works fine for the most part, but about once a month, I have to re log on to my account for this website, when I try to log on I am told that my password is incorrect, I try about three times then the system offers me the opportunity to key in my e-mail address and duly sends me a new password. I cut and paste the new password into the appropriate box only to be told that I have to enter the virtually unreadable kapcha, having done this it then tells me that password is incorrect. I tried twice last night and once again this morning each time getting the wrong password information. I am puzzled I don't appear to have problems getting onto the site with my PC, can someone make a suggestion please.

I can't offer any explanation but it started happening to me two days ago (on my MacBook). I had to log on every time instead of staying logged on.
It seems to have fixed itself this morning.
The fault has to be with your iPad not remembering your password. I presume you click the button that asks you if you want it to remember the password.

On your ipad, are you viewing in "private browsing mode"? If so, it will not remember your passwords.

So have you successfully changed your password and it works when using your PC?

My iphone also requires me to log in quite often too. Is this related, as it has not needed this log in until recently?

Thanks for the response, but I haven't needed to log out on my PC, so I assume I am still logged on with a password I used earlier, Just looked at my iPad in settings and can't find any mention of browsing? Is it possible to see a password in my PC perhaps that might help, but I am only getting part of any captcha come up on the iPad and when I listened to it it was very distorted.

So that suggests you haven't changed your password as if you had, the PC would not let you in until you typed your new password in.

Do you want me to change it and email it to you?

Yes please, I just tried signing in incognito and I couldn't do it there either.
