Club Shop

Post by bristleposh » 26 Oct 2011, 08:24

Someone has asked a legitimate question, perhaps someone from the club would be good enough to address their issues forumv2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=20237

Thank you

I have the same problem in my store with football boots! Its very difficult to get Brands to do smaller sizes, I have kids boots in stock but the lowest i have is size 1 the only company i can get to do lower at the moment is Hummel but they stop at 8.5
So i bet it isnt much different with this!
Could it also be they dont stock high levels of childs stuff as it can be a case of having to stock twice as much coz kids are always awkward sizes as they grow?

What is all this having a go at the shop bristle? You haven't even been in there, have you?. They do a bloody good job in there and {edited by Nippoderator - no name calling Ashman!!} anyone who is going on about the baby kits is WRONG.

The shop and staff are first class. Enormous improvement over the last 5 years.

I wasn't having a go at the shop, I've been told off numerous times for having a go at people who post things in the wrong place, so I thought I'd take a different approach. If you click on the link above and go down to about the eighth entry you will see I've combined the two

They do a bloody good job in there and the name calling who is going on about the baby kits is WRONG.

Ashman, Shouldnt the name calling be REMOVED as more than one person has mentioned the issue? I am suprised the moderators allow name calling. Perhaps you should edit your post before children read your coment and then ask their parents what a NAME CALLING is..... Why do you take any criticism of the club personally and resort to childish name calling?

Go on the Poshshop online now - you cannot order a baby kit (smallest size is for 6-8 year olds). If you do an advanced search for 'baby or
child' the only products generated are vests and bibs. Further, when you go in the shop in person and ask you get told by club shop staff that Posh don't sell them!!

Kerplunk showed a picture of a 3-4 year old in a kit but that is not a baby kit is it........

Kerplunk states I am wrong - the club should be marketing products better. Simple as that!

Ricky learn to read please.

I stated;

1. Kids kits were available last season and the season before.
2. My nephew is 23 months in that photo.
3. I said the kids kits are no longer stocked as the club lost huge amounts of money on them. People just did not buy them despite asking for them. Of the 200 stocked last season less than 25% sold at full price, the majority when reduced to £5 to clear.

Dear Kerplunk - learn to read yourself

I stated

1. I am not talking about kid kits - I was stating BABY kits were not available ( ie 0-3 months, 6-9 months etc)

2. Your nephew looks superb in the kit - Up the future Posh!! I would say he is a toddler and not a baby though which was what the original poster and I were referring too.

3. When my son was born - 2 years ago..... There was no baby replica kits for sale. I and family both asked in the club shop and this is what we were told.

2 years ago there were kits for 0-1 year old children.
Possibly too big for a new born though. This is the smallest size Adidas did.

I believe we will not be getting any baby Nike kits.
