Names on Shirts

Post by PoshBoyFirst » 29 Jul 2010, 09:09

Hi,

I had a question regarding the names being put on shirts. I have noticed that some clubs don't charge by the letter and number for names but have a standard £10 charge for any squad members name and number on the back. Obviously still charging by the letter for non-squad names. Is this something the club has thought about doing? It may mean we would have more 'Mackail-Smith', 'Wesolowski' or even 'Mendez-Laing' on fans backs. Obviously it would mean slightly more expense for shorter names such as 'Boyd' but i imagine it would even out with the longer names.

I was tempted to get CMS on mine but thought it was just too expensive so I settled for McCann instead.

Surely 3 letters is less expensive than 6?
