Too much tippy tappy between the back line , which included Boydy from time to time, followed by hoofing the ball up for the front runners to chase. High balls down the middle were never going to succeed when the opposition fielded a 7 foot tall centre half. Fleetwood were industrious but very ordinary otherwise.

Very disappointed. A BIG let down. :(

We lost to the team that is currently top of the league. I expected it would be the other way around.
I was really amazed as well as disappointed to see the final scoreline.

No, I was not pleased and as you say it was hoof and hope, particularly from Kent. Just doesn't add up as all the pre-season games were played in an entirely different manner. Nervous debuts?? Maybe if you attended games you would be more able to comment.
First game of season I’ve missed for years & today was because of an event booked nine months ago.
Don’t start the “I’m a better fan” rhetoric & concentrate on the obvious problems. Pre season proves nothing, this was the real test. Fergie failed again
Nobody said they were a better fan - and don't start on the 'Fergie failed again' rhetoric. We all know that you are just gagging to see him trip up! (maybe there are better fans!)

We were all disappointed (except possibly for Gaz_Miller).
I have a feeling that Gaz will blame Fergie whenever we don't win. And say that it is despite him when we do win.

If you think I want Posh to lose then you are sadly mistaken. It ruins my weekend and then the following week when we fall to win.

However, when it’s as bad as anything we’ve seen for a long time, it shouldn’t be glossed over.

If Evans had been in charge yesterday, every website associated with Posh would have gone into meltdown. There are no excuses for Ferguson yesterday and the buck stops with him. He needs to sort it quick because August gets a lot trickier than Fleetwood Town at home.

At least Posh had a good second half

At half time we were third from bottom

But by full time we were clear of the relegation zone

Remarkable progress

If we keep improving at this rate , then we will be half way in the championship by mid November

Was you playing for POSH yesterday ? They have the same attitude as you come on real POSH fans lets ask the club to get local talent in not these mercenaries starting or finishing their careers i.e. Stamford afc Peterborough Sports Deeping and Spalding as i said it did us no harm in the 70s be careful about being near the bottom Sheff United Pompey Notts County never to big to get relegated As I said about Fleetwood POSH are getting nearer to playing Pboro Sports !!!!!!!!! Local talent please we have it all around us.

Fergie is hopeless but I see that people are getting grief on here for saying what's blatantly obvious. Nothing's changed in the last few years then!😁
