2019/20 Fixtures

Post by Steamy Nin » 19 Jun 2019, 09:17

Just 24 hours till the 19/20 fixtures are announced and starting to get excited. The fixtures I will be looking for most are the away trips to Sunderland, Pompey, Lincoln and the Franchise and very much looking forward to a trip to St Andrews to play Coventry. Accrington will also be good as that was the only game we dominated for 90 minutes last season. :comeon:

Looks to be a very good set of fixtures. Good starts are only helpful if you maintain the momentum for the rest of the season.

Three big fixtures at the start of April as the season reaches it's climax, against Coventry Sunderland and the Franchise. I hope we are still it in by then.

Very true. The last thing we need to do is sack the manager if we're in the play offs in January..........oh.

True, but last year was an exception - calling Evans a manager  was always going to be a long shot, so getting rid of him was good sense.

Think you're on the wrong forum, your beloved Evans is at Gillingham. You've been told this a million times already but......we were only 6th as Donny had a game in hand due to their FA Cup Run.

Do you remember our FA Cup run that included conceding 4 goals at relegated Bradford then FIVE in one half at Middlesbrough under your hero Evans??

Did I miss something or were we heading down the table like a bullet, had DMac not taken the correct decision at the time he did there was every chance we’d have been looking forward to League 2 this season, with games against the mighty Salford and Forest Green. Facts we were sixth but heading down, facts we finished with a good run apart from Walsall, and ended up closer than we would have with the boorish thug at the helm.

The computer can't pander to everyone's needs. I think that this will prove to be the best fixture list for many a long year!
