Posh at Shrewsbury

Post by DaveLister » 15 Dec 2018, 00:04

Score draw I believe. Shrews results are mixed under the new boss and we're drawing almost everything. Though a stalemate, albeit against a team 17th in the table, might not be the worst result considering Tuesdays efforts and our players have only had two days training to prepare.

Are you sure they train; with the performances they've put in lately, seems as though they never meet between games

So how many goals do this 'defence' need to concede in a game to get dropped? More than 4 obviously. There is a reason Daniel has spent the majority of his career in League 2 or below & Bennett is surely on borrowed time until Bassong is considered match fit.

The keeper was considered to be the weak link

Bassong is only registered until next month. Waste of time signing him imo, if Bennett isn't going to be dropped. Awful use of resources.

Shocking conditions in Shropshire now, driving rain in freezing conditions. Well done to all those Poshies who made the trip, I bet Adi has his shorts on too

Poor defending again, from the defence and the goalkeeper. 2-1 Shrewsbury

Ft, 2-2 it is. One win in six against the might of Bradford, Oxford and Shrewsbury.

Meanwhile, Doncaster won 3-0 today to sneak into the playoff places. Whatever happened to their manager?
