Rochdale v Poshies

Post by Chompy » 06 Aug 2018, 10:50

13-10 Rochdale, 12-5 Poshies, 12-5 Draw.

I never realised what a tough August we have.

Away at Rochdale, who're expected by many to do much better this season and who started with an away win, followed by...

Luton (H), Charlton (A), Plymouth (A).

I guess it'll be the same team as against Brizzle unless any new bodies arrive before the weekend, in which case it'll be Target man + Godden up front.

Be a proper physical encounter this one. When was the last time we had one of those?

If Uncle Steve's team is designed for one thing, it's to do much better against the likes of Rochdale, Gillingham, Blackpool etc.

We can't perform as poorly as we did at Rochdale last season, that's for sure.

A woeful performance that was.

I fancy us to do the business v Rochdale. It's important we don't lose anyway as we enter a tricky run of games.

We are up against in my opinion, the best Manager in League 1. We lost 2-0 last Season.

Don't think so.

When was the last time Uncle Stevie led a team to finish 20th in L1? Exactly!

Why don't you all (those not already involved, of course) come over and make a prediction on the results and join the league.

Pop over to the Prediction forum and make a forecast.

Pretty sure that Hill didn't enjoy the support from the Rochdale chairman that Steve Evans has from Darragh though.

O'Hara goals are making me RICH.

Very different Posh team this. Coming from behind away at big, physical Rochdale?
