Flags for Saturday

Post by Wycliffe » 02 Aug 2018, 14:11

For Saturday, anyone who has a POSH flag they would like to put up in the Motorpoint stand prior to the match please be at the ground before 1400 on Saturday.
Then pop off for another pint or two.
It will go up on the number 1 of 1934.

I'll skip the flags and go straight to downing eight pints.

Same. Will get someone else to put the PISA flag up though.

I have a feeling he may be a vegan as well as teetotal, the guy thinks nobody should enjoy life

You can't be vegan and enjoy life?

Exactly, you have to bore everyone to death with how great you are, a bit like professional gamblers who never back a loser

Nothing wrong with eating well. Look how well things are working out for Forest Green Rovers.

Of course, nothing will ever replace your Saturday breakfast fry-up with six pints of best.

I would never have pints with brekkie except for an away game at Ebs before we get on the coach, this is actually a sensible act not irresponsible whatsoever as it lines the stomach ready for the day of constant drinking. As an expert I am sure you agree

As for FGR, fighting relegation the whole season show things are working well?

Don't remember them being in the league until the current vegan took over.

Come back to it in 5 years then as he was in charge when they weren't too (I think :D )

To be fair he has taken them from The Gloucestershire County League through half a dozen promotions

I will not be bringing my "hankerchief" size flag Aidi, it is put away gathering dust in my Museum. :clap2:

Phew, it would have been even more difficult to spot than the score board

Thought they looked good especially being that the goals were scored that end.
