Hopefully. He sounds like a genuine box to box midfielder, unlike our previous signing, Alex Woodyard, who had scored just 4 goals in 126 appearances for Braintree and Lincoln. Woodyard to sit deep and do the defensive midfield duties and Jorge Grant to do the offensive work - a somewhat reversal of the Grant that we already have! I like the sound of that!

I take it you didn't bother to read what Evans said about Woodyard when he signed him.

I certainly did but by all accounts that is not what he is. We will find out soon enough - anyway Chompy doesn't believe that box to box midfielders exist! As long as they both do their job, who cares!

Evans wanted a dozen new players in before returning to training next week... He's 3 short but there's clearly more to come.

CB..LB.. Midfielder. ( J. Grant) and one more striker.

That's without losing M&M and Edwards... Who'll all need replacing.

Lyle Taylor to Sunderland it seems.

Go pay a million in cash for Mo Eisa, with no add-ons, and be done with it.

I think that DMac has already emphatically said that he has no interest in Eisa??

I can't see him paying £1m for a player these days it equally wouldn't trust what Darragh says on twitter either. He's known to pull the odd porky

Don't believe a word of it.

We're in the market for another Striker...Two if Marriott goes.

This will go to the wire...

FFP is a factor too. I can't see us spending big bucks on one player until we've got back to the championship, and even if we were, it won't be a million on a guy from league two with one decent season behind him.

Thought we should have been in for Lyle Taylor....Maybe we were.

Darragh claims we never were interested though... and he's looking Sunderland bound.
