What about Jack Marriott ? He leaves the club ? THere are lot of rumours on a potential transfer in Nottingham or Bristol I've seen few days.
(Sorry for my approximative english, I'm a french follower of the club) :D

On the players arrived in the club, Steve Evans looks very enjoy by the differents arrivals. I hope the ambitious will be always the same that is the promotion in EFL Championship. The team seems have all the capacities to make it. And if the headquarter success to keep Marriott in the club that will be a good argument to play the promotion during the season.

Last year, I watched the team conceded lots of goals. It's in the DNA of the team to concede goals but to score lots of goals too. I hope the team will carry on to score goals yet but to concede less.

According to you and after have looked friendly matches, which players could be good surprises during the season ?

You write English well for a French guy, certainly better than the likes of le beaucoup manque tonyp and le posh de la bristol. Aucune idee!

Thanks Chompy ! You can keep in english writing, I'll understand don't woory for it. I did a work experience 5 years ago now in the lovely city of Bournemouth during two months. I was in Peterborough 10 years ago now (time spent so fast, awful).

So if I well understand, Woodyard will be the skipper of the team. Marriott should stay the season at the club. What is your opinion / point of view on the news defensives players ? I'm surprising Evan's has set Baldwin in the transfers table, the same for Hugues. But the coming of Collin Daniels sounds good no ?

My bad, Marriott has left the club. It's a good economic operation even if on a sportive plan it isn't. So the attack will be lead by Godden and Cummings if I'm not wrong ? Dembele could be a good surprise.

If that figure is accurate...

On top of the JM sale...

Fry is confirmed a GENIUS.

I mean, how much can a mid-table L1 squad really be worth?

He's due in Sunderland for a medical today.

If we've trousered 850k for Baldwin the world's gone mad.

Surely not.....

You mean that mid-table League 1 squad that Grant McCann created maybe? :D If these reports are true then Barry is merely doing his job. To be fair, Jack Baldwin has been playing some of the best football of his career at Posh during this pre-season. He was obviously desperate to get away! I wonder why?
.... and still there may be money coming in for Maddison, if he goes!

:D never a dull moment with posh. Not many will be disappointed to see him go

Fergie signed Baldwin
Fry doing amazing business if true. Given Baldwin will guarantee a goal a game
Baldwin playing the best football so it's been said elsewhere.... in friendlies against poor teams.... under Evans
McCann responsible for signing some great individual talent, that he had at his disposal in an event that sadly didn't work out

Many sides sign great players but end up with poor teams.look at Man Utd

Baldwin desperate to leave as he's not wanted here.

Sale of the summer if 850k is true

This all feels weird.

£250k has been the number mentioned for JB, then last night news breaks of a £850k move to a big promotion rival.

This morning the Telegraph breaks a story on how SE hasn't closed the door on JB after an outstanding pre-season. 'Great to have around' says the burly boss.

Hmm, I wonder what happens next...Move falls through...DMac tell Posh we hold on to our near-seven-figure assets. Anyone up for a BBQ?

Could be right although that article is poor. baldwin made 6 appearances last season.... maybe referring to the number of games he played where he did give away a goal
