Wasn't it DM's published policy to put up for sell any players entering the last year of contracts to be automatically transfer listed?

Like most I would love to see Gwion stay but as clearly he doesn't even want to entertain new contract talks surely it would be best to see the lad leave. I refuse to believe any players, unsettled by not being allowed to move in this fashion can give their all
I am not normally a naive person and when it comes to most pro footballers I understand they'd sign for anyone else for a £1 a week extra.

However, wouldn't it be nice to see Gwion tell his agent to shut the ******* up as he felt he owes the club at least one more season as he's missed so many games.

He's a crackin' lad, |I understand short career and all that he has to look after himself and his family but I'll hold on to that hope as unlikely as it may be.

This.

When asked by a fan the other day...Will you be here next season?... Edwards allegedly responded... I've no idea?

What sort of an answer is that?

Some of these precious footballers need to start thinking for themselves rather than pay an agent to do it.

The rest of us have to.

STEVEN TAYLOR | The manager Steve Evans confirmed last night that defender Steven Taylor has been given permission to travel to Wellington Pheonix and discuss personal terms over a proposed move. #pufc

One of the players who always seemed to give 100% for his club.
Not as sharp as he once was, but his positioning was excellent, and he was always ready to put his body on the line.
I remember one game last season when he was already on the ground and yet he was still putting his head in among opposition boots!
But, I suppose the over-riding memory will be when he grabbed a shovel and helped groundstaff scrape snow off the pitch to ensure a game was completed.
Good luck in the future, Steven.

I presume that this is the New Zealand club. Am surprised that no English club seems to want him.

He’s 32 and probably wants a substantial wage- it’s not that difficult.

That wage was the reason we had to let him go.

That and the improvement in Taff that he was responsible for

Yes, I'm not sure the Somerset club could afford him :D

Good luck to him, an experiment that ultimately didn't work even though it was fun and had some benefits.

Top man and he'll always be welcome back to London Road.

Hence why no Football League wants him. (Was a response to Cynic).

So it wasn't Daz then? :D

Can't see that personally but what would I know! Great news if he does though
