Please no. I've had an absolute chunk on Sunderland at 9-2.

Update tomorrow from the chairman on the M & M situation...
If the fact that we've turned down bids for Marriott was Darraghs update it is certainly a quiet news day

Darragh says Marriott is keen on the move to Derby, but Lampard must improve their bid.

Although his first choice of rush keeper was a good one :D

I know you can't read into anything at the posh but how amazing would it be if Marriott played because he has told the boss he is a blue and he doesn't want to leave. He is inspired by the signings and wants to give it one more season.

Marriott issues hands off warning as he declares "I am posh for at least one more season"

Carlsberg don't do headlines....

Indeed it would be good, but the player has indicated that his preference is Derby, subject to Posh receiving an offer that matches their valuation.

Also, Doughty to Swindon and Paul Taylor to Donny look like being two predictable outcomes.

Word is we've accepted an offer of £4.75 million up front for Marriott from Derby.

Further conformation from 'We are the Posh'

Posh have allegedly accepted a £4.75m bid for Marriott plus add ons from Derby County, hence why he was a last minute omission from tonight’s squad and spotted leaving the ground with Barry Fry. Gutted to be losing him!

Echo that sentiment but it was always to be expected, some joker on Twitter has said that a friend of his a traffic cop pulled Barry Fry in Derby, a young bloke beside him with long hair in a man bun. If the other stuff is genuine then that to could be, but I doubt it.

He was always going to be sold and I'd rather he goes now than in a fortnight.

Gives us plenty of time to sign his replacement.

Same applies for Maddison
