Had to be, just on the off chance that he has a decent game in front of the cameras.

Then we can sell him and all be happy.

Team selection tonight - anybody told “King Stevie” that we ought to be trying to win this game even if only for the probable 1-200 hardy souls who have made the trip to that awful place. Shouldn’t Joe Ward deserve a start?

You could possibly pick 11 from 20 and they would all be just average.

We're no longer doomed, you know. King Steve has ridden in on his white charger to save us from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Where the hell did this performance come from?

No doubt Blackburn are haviing a good choke, but this is more like Evans' Rotherham side that came to our place.

Maybe the message is finally starting to get through?

Apart from the first ten minutes we have been the better side. Could have should have two maybe even three penalties, I think had O'Malley brought down Dack like Lloyd was. Bundled over it would have been given, same with both the hand balls. No way a ref gives that against a big club at home. 1/2 Blackburn still looking good Chomps

Does it give you a semi seeing someone lose money on a bet?

I'll be fine whatever the result ta.

Btw, don't remember you recommending backing Poshies at 7-1 pre-match? Aftertimers are pretty much the lowest of the low.

That second half summed our season up....

It's almost a relief that it's now over.
