All aboard the Steve Evans express. Woo bloody woo.
I thought you hated him? remember he's having deal with the little Irish Messiah's donkeys
So did Darren Ferguson. Three promotions and a JPT he won at Posh, you know. Didn't seem to bother him.

It's going to be very interesting in the close season when Evans wants to sign his type of player and MacBlarney wants to continue to sign these lightweight midgets.

Again, why does everyone want us to play a holding midfielder at home against bottom four opponents in a game we have to win?

So, let's say we play Grant and wind up with a 0-0 draw. You imagine the backlash?
So let's say we don't play Grant and lose 1: 0
Suits me, I had a huge bet on Rochdale.

Yuh, pretty sure he was referring to McCann not DMac. HTH.

I was referring to the "untouchable" McCann who seems devoid of blame given he failed in the task. Did Darren win 3 promotions and a JPT in less tahn 2 months? Some people

Doesn't. Matter how you look at it or whose fault it was, against a poor but battling side we never looked like winning and considering the stakes, that hurts and too me I mark this one done as the equal of any DM catastrophes.
Am mortified.
Really thought, even though as an old fart with old fashioned views, l didn't like the way Evans arrived, I did think if nothing else every player would battle until the final whistle, but clearly not, and though I hate criticising any players if Mr Chairman takes to twitter tonight and defends the peeformance of his young Portuguese superstar I will never read his thoughts again.

I'm referring to the fact that given Evans is the new Bill Shankly, I'd at least have expected some improvement

An appalling so called game of football. Dreadful application by the majority of Posh players that hopefully next Season will NOT still be at Posh to go again in League 1.Most showed no interest, no commitment, and just "threw" their legs at shooting chances or clearances.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
I will be at Blackburn next Thursday night to see I am sure another poor performance. Hoping also to see one decent Referee this Season please.

These are McCann's gutless showponies before anyone starts.
:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: as predictable as night following day!

You know very well that Fry & MacAnthony sign the players but hey don’t let that the facts get in the way of your obsession with Uncle Stevie. 11 points from 8 games.

Woeful first half...As bad as I've seen all season.

Less bad second half but it just wouldn't fall for us and in the end we've lost to another struggling side...unforgivable.

I said at the start of the season we had 5 key players...Bond. Taylor. Grant Maddison. Marriott. They're the backbone of the side and without them we were spineless and gutless.

We miss Maddison as we have no other player that can deliver the killer ball like he can. Marriott misses him also...He doesn't look half the player without him.

Big clear out needed in the summer...and Evans can start by flogging Forrester and LDSL...Two "central" midfielders who just aren't up to the job.

Morias also...A shadow of the player who scored 2 crackers against Wigan earlier in the season...

A season that is now over....Thank god.

All five key players you mention will NOT be here next Season.

Probably not.

Take those 5 out...and we'd struggle in league 2.

The sale of Maddison and Marriott should be able to fund a new and better squad under Evans and let's face it...We need one.

The majority of the money we receive for Madison,Marriott and possibly a few others will be spent on purchasing the ground from the council. Have no doubt!
