Posh v Rochdale

Post by superposh80 » 08 Apr 2018, 13:47

...Don't be fooled by their league position. They're a decent side fighting for survival and well capable of turning us over...as they comfortably did at their manor this season. They also have taken some good scalps on the road this season.

O'Malley...Baldwin. Tafazoli. Hughes. Freestone....Forrester. LDSL Cooper. Maddison...Lloyd. Marriott.

They do also have, who I consider the best Manager in League 1.

Rochdale have improved but they're still in a tough position.

They've also had a lot of matches in a short space of time, catching up after their FA Cup run.

They have a midweek game v rampant Wigan too before they make the journey south, which they'll do well to get a point from.

No excuses for our lot here, other than of course that we know they're not good enough and that this will give them a chance to chuck it in for the season.

Totally agree. Out of all our games left to play this could prove to be the most difficult and unfortunately I think our season will come to an abrupt end on Saturday, with a 3.1 win for the Dale.

We'll win this to keep the glimmer of hope going..... Might be last chance to see M&M on the pitch together

Rochdale have been smashed from 11-4 into 7-4 in the last 24 hours, but that's just a reaction to us having Taylor and (maybe) Shephard suspended.

Let's hope Taff is fit and Hughes moves into the middle!
No Taylor or Shephard this weekend, so looks like it should be an attacking formation

Hopefully we will get Shephard's red card rescinded although this Twitter footage does tend to back the ref??

Pretty certain it won't. Tay lot from the Wobblers despite having nothing to do with us standing on the ball!

Lower down the pyramid you go the less chance of getting these things reversed.

Had it happened in the PL, which is unlikely given they have half-decent refs, it would have been overturned by now.

But it's never happening for us.
