From 6pm on The Kick Off

We’ll be hearing from new Peterborough co-owners Jason Neale and Stewart Thompson

96FM, 95.7FM, 1026AM, Freeview 722
Oh Dear, Jason has called DMac Darryl about 8 times

Young Steven almost got laid out in Ebs one night for doing that

Too funny when that sort of thing happens.

Cuts straight through all the BS.

"Yes, we've spoken extensively and gone through every detail over and over again, I even stayed with Darryl at chez MacDonald."
1-2 Blackburn, 7-1 Poshies, 7-2 Draw. 1-2? Like finding it on the floor!

So now we have DMAC, Fry, Evans and two foreign investors.

This'll be fun

It won't be boring that's for sure. McCann achieved that all on his own

Reading between the lines it seems like the two new co-owners are looking to take control of the football club!
I am suggesting that eventually Dmac may be looking to pull out.
My concern is the quote "all three partners having equal voice" - meaning that the two newcomers can outvote Dmac on issues he doesn't want
I thought that too :stupid:

These new owners want to take the club forwards ....not backwards and sideways.

Last week Darragh said
Regardless of results there is some exciting stuff happening in coming days/weeks/months @theposhofficial fans which will make us much better football club for years to come!
We now know what he was referring to.
DMac clearly realises that he doesn't have the financial ability to keep financing the club on his own.
If the newcomers have bought 50% of the club they should get only 50% of the vote even if there are two of them.
Interesting times ahead.

I think BrianPosh owns shares. If DMac has sold exactly 50% of his shares then he might unwittingly have given Brian the casting vote in any dispute.

May be his way of buying back the ground from the Council?

Otherwise, I must confess to being a tad uneasy. However, one assumes Darragh has done his homework.
Selling half of his shares presumably means that the proceeds go into his pocket.
The club doesn't have any more money.
So, the club can't afford to buy the ground. DMac or one of his companies might.

I own all of 2 shares! My Dad bought them when the club launched a share issue to help finance what was then the new (main) stand.

That suggests that Dmac now owns 49%, the Canadian Company owns 49% and various fans own the other 2%.
Although the suggestion was that Dmac and the two Canadians will hold an equal one-third voice on the Board of Directors!
