Chompy please stop telling us all what our opinions should be as it’s getting very tedious. If you’re happy with Evans then great but we don’t all have to share your opinion. The image of the Club matters to some & I don’t believe he will do anything to enhance that at all, in fact totally the opposite.

We’re all allowed our opinions as you are with yours, I would just rather not have a convicted criminal managing our beloved club.
:stupid:

For the record, all I would say is that I'm prepared to give this bloke a chance & reserve judgement until such time as it's necessary. After all, I'm a follower of the Posh like all on here!!!! His history really means nothing to me as it hasn't affected me personally, From what I've seen of his histrionics though, I just don't like him. Imo I thought there were better candidates available for this latest appointment as I did when Grant was given the job & when Fergie was originally installed. Hey-ho, we can't all be right all of the time. Ask DMac.

 :comeon:

I have more confidence in beating Shrewsbury under Evans than ever I had under McCann.

Don’t you mean beating Shrewsbury AGAIN like we did under McCann lest you forget.

For the record I’m not pro McCann as agree it was time for a change

Poor start...got a list of midfielders on the whiteboard behind him and missed out Junior Morias!

Sack him.

Told Marcus he's a genius, which is exactly what MM needs to hear. I'm expecting this to be a key relationship.

Fantastic interviewer. You can see why chairmen and players buy into him straight away.

Not to mention an owner who's been up in the dock for fleecing many people for a lot of money. Some of the comments seem very selective & hypocritical. Would you rather be the loser nice guy who comes last, or would you rather be the guy who takes the bull by the horns? Evans hasn't killed anyone and I'd rather a ruthless winner than a loser whoyour gran would think is charming.
Ruthless winner rather than the loser nice guy? You sound like Lance Armstrong, you know. Win at all costs and all that.
That's going a bit far Dave but I'm glad you at least get my point. Sometimes the price of success can be popularity but it rather someone who isn't scared to upset folk if it means we win more!
