The game is scheduled to start at 5:45 am here.
To save me having to get up so early does anyone know yet if the weather is going to prevent the game from being played.

Nothing yet to indicate the match is off. A decision will have to be made before Walsall travel. Just had a snow shower but the sun is now shining.

the pitch and weather are being monitored during the day.

the game has now become a side show...many eyes will be on who is..or isn't...sitting in the directors box.

If it continues to snow the match will be in doubt. It is a matter of pitch markings, if they become obliterated during play then it is pointless.

Pfft, lightweights.

It never stopped Errington Kelly and his pals v Brighton. That goal where the orange ball bounced up off the dug-out 6yd line and over Perry Digweed. Lovely scenes.

Surprised to see this hasn't been called off. It's positively arctic out there and isn't forecast to get above zero all day.

I'd be happy to pay for insight like this.

Some Posh fans wanting this off because "it's too cold"

No wonder this club's in a mess.

Man up people.

But if it continues to snow the match will be in doubt.

If the pitch is going to freeze as soon as the covers come off...it will also be postponed.

Shrewsbury game off tonight for that reason.

Forecast -3 at 7.45pm. Not sure why they're delaying the inevitable tbh.

What are the chances of the match going ahead? It's been pretty evil weather up here today.

Usual reasons for postponement these days is the conditions underfoot for the fans attending.
