Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon
Posh have bought an expensive, bulky striker, one the fans have been crying out for, it is McCanns' job to organise the team around him, to work out how to make best use of him..........HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW!

Hmmmm.... That's never happened before has it?superposh80 wrote: ↑25 Feb 2018, 10:00i'll tell you what will happen...exodus (x-man) wrote: ↑25 Feb 2018, 09:16Echo most of the views said already, talented group of individuals with no collective chemistry. Difficult to build chemistry when a formation rotates every five minutes and personnel rarely if ever is the same game in game out.
There is no consistency, if someone has a good game one week they will have a shocker the next.
I don't like that in general football is becoming about business/money more than its original underlying purpose, but i really wish we were run more like a business. In other words, it ain't working so make a change.
Why wait until the end of the season, there are no signs of improvement - give someone else a chance to assess and rebuild in the summer.
once the season is officially over and the pressure is off...around the end of march....we'll start to perform and win 3 or 4 dead rubbers against relegated sides in april.
darragh will then give mccann another season.
once he's taken us near the drop zone come around november and we're getting crowds of 3k...he'll finally sack him.
what a waste of 3 seasons.

Always.
You try to add in one fact amongst your endless badgering of McCann...and manage to get it wrong. Was just helping out is all.

Wow, found a comment we like have we?
Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon
If I travelled to Peterborough just to watch the Posh, after yesterdays performance (lack of it) I wouldn't bother.
Hope it snows Tuesday, so then will not make the journey
but yey ho, will be at Shrewsbury for the craic (hopefully not spoiled by 90 minutes of football)

Pathetic from start to finish and we're just killing time till McCann gets the boot.
There is NO future under him, despite what the likes of Wycliffe may think.
Joke team selection today. Just a JOKE.
So we did good business in January? Where were they?
We're playing a bottom-end team at home in a game we have to win basically, so what does the tactical genius do? Plays a holding midfielder and one up front.
Bogle had a decent height advantage on two of their back three, yet was left on the bench. Totally the wrong game to be playing Lloyd.
You could accept two or three mistakes from a manager in his second season, but he's making one after the other, and he's overseen us lose our identity. I do not recognise this current team as anything like a Peterborough team. Rudderless.
If there was a lack of quality in the squad I could accept it, but there isn't. There's only one man to blame and we all know who that is.
