Danny Lloyd....

Post by superposh80 » 20 Dec 2017, 13:10

Transfer listed!

Along with Miller. Chettle. Nicholson and Nabi.

We need to get players out before we can get any in according to Fry...

Chettle already on his way to Fylde on Jan 1st

Sounds like we could be going in large for a striker

Very strange but if we have to sacrifice players with some value to get better ones so be it. Ultimately bringing in a better player than a squad member is better than sacrificing our star players, such as Marriott and Maddison. Miller can go any time soon. The 12 year olds on FB will be crying over their milk and cookies over this one.

Surprised at Lloyd being on the list.

Can't believe he's on big wages and he's plugged a hole when asked since Junior broke down.

But one thing I'll never question when it comes to GM is his ability to judge players. He's nigh on faultless.

Gormley et al can obv gtfo though.

I'm a little uncomfortable at the prospect of losing Danny Lloyd. He seems able to approximate the energy and presence of Morais and Edwards, both of whom seem likely to miss games during the second half of the season.

Based on his admittedly scant playing time, I'd keep Chettle over LDSL.

I wonder who they want to bring in?.
I hope it's not a Woking player. Raising your game in a FA cup match doesn't mean they are division one players.

Darragh MacAnthony Retweeted Keaton Davies

That was from discussion couple weeks ago. Danny is doing brilliant and highly unlikely he will be going anywhere with impact he is having now on 1st team. In world of F Fair play, calls have to be made so squad strengthening can happen etc. Relax its not a big issue.

Nah....

Darragh tweeted a while back that 5 or 6 squad players will leave....He won't replace like for like.

3 or 4 to come in...and good enough to go straight into the side.

Let's hope the reality of the transfer window is a mirror image of Darragh's twitter feed... We've all been here before

Tbf, we usually do something interesting during every window. It won't be dull. It never is.
