As Darragh said...We'll still be adding 2/3 more as the squad needs more quality and help.
And...'I'll be saying NO plenty of times between now and the end of the month.
Good on him. We await these incoming players with baited breath - and that is not a sarcastic comment at all. I really believe that we can see the squad turning a corner. It's just a pity that we don't have Gwion in the mix as well.
Hmmm...Not sure we've turned any corners where our league form is concerned.
The same issues remain...We need an attacking/creative midfielder and support for Marriott.

Josh Cullen playing for West Ham today.
Looks decent.
Samuelsen on the bench.

I wonder how much results impact the time of new players coming in?
By that I mean, would the powers that be want to bring a new body in straight after a euphoric win over Villa and risk unsettling the balance of the squad?
If we beat Luton tomorrow, then win at Wigan on Saturday, are we likely to hold off on incomings until near the deadline?
No idea if this is something that actually plays out, just thinking out loud.

Good thinking. That could be in DMac and Grant's minds. I reckon that it could also have a knock on effect of attracting new players to our club, if they see a possible promotion. Unfortunately most players that we would find desirable will have been cup tied by now.

Probably....but the main target this season is the play offs.
Whether potential new signings are cup tied or not is irrelevant.
We certainly can't stand still because of one good win/performance.
There's still places in this squad that need filling...and a few that need shipping out.

James Robinson @JR_CTFC
@DMAC102 any interest in Mo Eisa Darragh?
Darragh MacAnthony
No pal. Gary says he’s not ready for us yet. Call back in the summer. Oh & expect Barnsley to now call you tomorrow

Not sure I believe the summer line. Whoever gets this guy is on to a winner imo. Could prove a better long-termer than Kieffer Moore. Hope we get him.

Joe Ward from Woking.
Meh.
Oh well, in DMac and GM we trust...
Never going to question either's judgement of a player until I've seen otherwise with my own eyes.

£4m bid rejected for Marriott.
It's looking more and more likely that someone will hit the magic figure (£5m maybe?) especially now a couple of Premier League clubs are sniffing around too.
I just hope we've got something in place for a striker of the calibre of Mo Eisa if it happens.

We're very good at this....There's been so much hyperbole from Fry lately, I wouldn't be surprised if he exploded by the time this transfer window shuts.
