LDSL was copping a bit of flak during the first half according to BBC Cambs.
But no changes by McCann for the second half.

Should have been 10-2 to us, we missed so many chances, but we are through. Villa here we come.

I thought we made ourselves a bit of hard work tonight but the result was correct. Turning point was when Lloyd came on. He played with so much energy. Great substitution by McCann.

Wasn't even as cold as we'd been promised.

Great banter by Maddison after his penalty. Think he enjoyed scoring that one!! Baxter taking his socks and boots off at the end ..... never seen that before.

Roll on Sunday. UTP
We go again...

We did enough and had a lot of chances but 5-2 only tells half the story.

It was 2-2 after 70-odd minutes; turn in that first-half performance against any L1 team and it's all over after half an hour.

GM was getting a bit chippy afterwards about LDSL, how he doesn't want to talk about fans getting on his back and how he's one of our most important players. Well he's had 50+ games for us now and I'm still none the wiser as to what the fuss is all about.

Gwion, MM (unplayable at the moment and a joy to watch) and Marriott are irresistible as a three. Not sure what tonight's shape was. 4-1-2-3? 4-1-4-1?

Whatever, Lloyd gave us something extra when replacing our MVP, but we're crying out for a quality attacking midfielder.
9-2 Posh, 5-2 Draw, 4-7 Leicester
