Poshies v Blackburn

Post by Chompy » 07 Dec 2017, 00:03

9-4 Posh, 5-4 Blackburn, 5-2 Draw.

Looking forward to this one now.

Mogger usually finds a way of beating us, but this will be different. Two teams full of goals and it could be a good old-fashioned shootout.

Bond; Penny Baldwin Taylor Hughes; Grant Forrester Maddison Gwion; LDSL Marriott.

If no LDSL, then Yaya instead.

Wonder which Posh will turn up for this gig?

They are on a long unbeaten run...a run that will be broken sooner or later.

I wouldn't be surprised if we broke it...I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't.

We could certainly do with a league win.

It is certainly going to be a tough game
Form Table, last eight games.
Blackburn (last eight away games)
Won 5
Drawn 2
Lost 1
Goals for 16
Goals against 6
Posh (last eight home games)
Won 4
Drawn 0
Lost 4
Goals for 10
Goals against 12

I agree with Super. This game could go either way.
But more likely to be a draw. 2-2.

I always thought the Yaya reference was Leo. I'm not even going to ask who it's supposed to be.

JA is Yaya Toure? I presume that would be a compliment because otherwise you would you would call him Clive Platt.

Blackburn have bought out 1100 tickets already. It would probably have been better to give them the Motorpoint. I don't think the 27 posh fans in there would mind.

I don't get why they didn't give them the motorpointless stand....

About the only chance we'd ever get to fill it.
