Ticketing

Post by stuie » 23 Nov 2017, 09:54

I have had mixed experiences this season on ticketing

loyalty scheme is working well for me

however have had to contact the club more than once with ticketing issues this season

Brian has had issues, anybody else experiencing difficulties

perhaps Grant needs to give them a coaching session, using all his man management skills, perhaps Ricky Miller could put in a couple of shifts in the ticketing office

I presume this only relates to away tickets? The home ticketing has seen a much better change to buying online tickets in the last couple of weeks.
As someone who only uses a android tab I can actually see seat layouts now which I couldn't before. It's great to see what actual seats are available and what's been sold etc. I used to have to dust off my old laptop before but now I can resign it back to the loft !

that is good to hear, yes my issues have been with away games only, I have a 10 ticket season ticket for home games, so do not interact very often with the ticket office for home games

I've had no problems at all and every time I purchase tickets now they get added to my 10 game season ticket without any issues. Perhaps whoever is now managing the ticketing system could help out on the pitch????
