As regards the decision making the buck definitely stops with the chairman. If he starts making good decisions things will start to improve.
Listening to an interview regards Huddersfield

Managers win games, not Chairmen
Spot on Stuie. The chairman picks the manager, the manager picks the team. Or at least that's the way it's supposed to be.
How much freedom McCann has we don't really know.
But if he has complete freedom to pick whoever he likes and it doesn't work then the buck is with the chairman.

A new striker wont stop the issues we have on the field: defenders getting caught in possession at the back or the defenders having to hoof it up the field as they have no midfielders to pass it too or constantly playing players out of position etc

WALOFS.

When was the last time we signed a player from the league we were in at the time? It's not our M.O. Nothing to do with DMac's pockets.
Anthony Grant from Port Vale in January this year but as you say it's a very rare occurrence apart from him.

Both of the implied strikers that have recently been suggested have been completely denied by both Darragh and Grant.

They have to deny it don't they?

Kanu and Miller's confidence can't be great as it is, but to then find out we;re trawling the Conference looking for a panic buy?

Maybe this season it will be the assistant manager's fault?

You mean like last season....When Lee Glover had to go.

David Oldfield must be getting worried....
