5 points in 5 games, however 1.5 points per game for the season, post Charlton

we should have taken 4 points in the last 2 games, but got 1

I would suggest Grant is not sackable, we are 7th in the league, (sorry Brian, at this stage of the season, and in this respect imo, this is an important stat) if and when we drop into the bottom half of the division, then game on

We're going nowhere this season....Looking at the fixtures coming up, I reckon we could be a dozen points off the play offs when we hit the new year.

Funny though...I was called a "pessimist" on this very thread in early September for suggesting..."I'd take a play off place now"

How times have changed.

Shows how poor this league is. Bottom half table firm and we're still not fat behind. We should do much better in L1 than we have done to date. Down to Grant only.... Ineptitude across the league is saving him right now

That's right.
It would be simpler for McCann to learn from his mistakes.

Dmacs words:
“I would ask the fans to get behind the players and staff now. Let’s not treat every draw like it’s the end of the world and the manager should therefore be sacked".

I think he may have been reading this forum. Doom and gloom central.

He may or may not read this forum.
But he's definitely not doom and gloom.

I very much doubt Darragh would be amongst the 12 people that read this forum...So I wouldn't worry yourself too much.

He does read .net though...and there's plenty of home truths on there for him

Of course Dmac takes a glimpse of this forum. It's about his club and any chairman would if only to gauge the views of a very few. The other forum (.net?)
Is a secret society forum not even I can get in to so who care what their views are.

It is quite easy to get an account so I'm sure Darragh has an account as he is best mates with Adi.

Yes, he has an account on .net, but not on this one.

Not easy at all but I'm not going to suck up to their admin. Forums should be instant access view with the option to log in and post like this one.
Anyway Darragh gets most of his stick through Twitter but he's savvy enough to know who are real supporters and of course he will always try and appease the moaners and groaners even when they are justified to moan. That's his job, but I have no doubt he has nosed through here now and again because he doesn't have to sign up to view it.

Wouldn't doubt it.

If I owned PUFC I'd check out all the forums. Why would DMac be any different?

Has anyone ever seen tonyp and DMac in the same room together...?
