1.67 points per game, top half finish, ok, but not good enough with the squad we have 0.8 points average over last 5 games, relegation material, disgaceful

I do not get this, we have signed some good players, why are we not playing to our potential, the responsibility has to lie with our Manager
Please post a list of the good players we have signed.
We might be playing to our potential.
not sure when we signed this players, but lets go

Grant
Shepherd
Hughes
Bond

Taylor, Edwards and Marriott are good players, and Maddison can be inspirational on his day, we also have Doughty and Morias injured, and imo Kano has potential

so with these core players, we should not be losing 3 games on the bounce against poor Manager less teams

Why shouldn't they be Stuie?

The majority of our squad are only league one standard players...like the rest of the division.

Our problem at the moment is that we are a disorganised rabble...and that will continue until the chosen one learns how to manage the side properly...

Although it's unlikely he ever will.

Grant is good at getting yellow and red cards.
Shephard and Hughes are nothing to shout about.
Bond is only on loan.

Taylor, Edwards and Marriott are average players.
Maddison is waiting to get a transfer upwards.

We are playing to our potential. A better manager might be able to get us to play better.

Taylor, Edwards and Marriott are average players?

Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

All three would walk straight in to any L1 team bar Wigan. And that's fact, not opinion.

We are under performing simple as. We have better players than have been losing 3 games on the bounce to poor teams, or poorer than us. The manager can't get the best out of them. If you were able to go to the games you may have picked up on it! He needs to go or we need to brace ourselves for a scrap in the bottom half. There's not enough fight on evidence to do that

In case any of you had forgotten GM was promised his job is safe till January.
http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/spor ... -1-7911318

We have lost 3 games on the trot. We are 7th. We have a game in hand. GM isn't going anywhere till January.
At least give him a chance. I know football fans are fickle and impatient but it just sounds a bit bonkers when fans who were complimenting him in August are now calling for his head mid October.
You may well get your wish in January, who knows? He is learning to be a manager but any one else coming in will be one someone else has sacked at some point.

As posted by Superposh, I accept that these are league 1 players, not championship players

however imo these are good quality players, but as a team PUFC are not reaching their genuine potential in the last 4 games

We're not playing to our potential...nowhere near it.

A few weeks ago we'd have beaten Gillingham in a canter.

Things are going very wrong very quickly...As they always seem to do at this club.

Unfortunately...I don't see an upturn anytime soon.

Post Southend away

Average of 1.6 points per game sustained, average of 0.8 points in the last 5 games sustained, we really need to kick on and get 3 points at Scunny.

Baldwin is struggling, and not good enough, we are really missing Morias, and possibly Doughty. After all the hype, at this point Miller is not in the same league as ex Posh players, say Ty Barnett  and Emile Sinclair  . Another striker required. We are 1/4 of the way through the season, and as a team do not know what formation best suites the team

Hughes as left wing-back, Gwion at right wing-back, LDSL holding midfielder, MM up front.

Baldwin makes way more mistakes as part of a three than in a two for some reason.

It all comes back to the man in charge but this is 100% not a promotion team. Too good for relegation though.

not looking like a promotion team at present, top half finish, I am still hoping, but only hoping at this stage, for the play offs

Correct. I'm hoping for a top half finish. And i'm still hoping for the playoffs.

No chance of a play off spot.

We'll be somewere around mid table as we have the last 2/3 seasons.

Post Iron
1.5 points per season. (mid table obscurity) 0.2 points in the last 5 games ( bottom of the league)

On todays performance not sackable, time for ripping up another suit, but the stats are there to be seen

Sorry Stuie... but I don't get these posts.

It's not about how many points we're averaging....it's about how many games we're losing.

If we carry on losing....McCann will get sacked.

About mid December I reckon.
