Think I'm ok posting that comment here. He is a Posh player and featured in the Port Vale v Posh encounter. Fingers crossed.

Not sure about that. A fully fit CMS who has previously scored 99 goals and a legend is my vote at the mo.
Nichols would be ok if he could hit the target. I would like to know his ratio of on target as against hitting a advertising banner.

Come off it Ray ...CMS is past his best. He's been struggling with form and injury for 2-3 years now.

He has 99 goals for us yes...but that was in his heyday.

I'm not saying Tom Nichols will get anywhere near that...but he's had a tough time of it since joining the club...No Aaron McLean type to partner him...Give the lad a break.

A fit CMS is bound to start v t'Blades. Be a game for experience, so CMS and Nichols pretty much nailed on imo.

More often than not, the majority are right about any given player, but in the case of Tom N, they're way off the mark.

Great to see you again stuie, good proper football match.

Great to see you, too, obviously I had had a few sherbets, hence introducing you twice to Dunc, in the space of 10 minutes

A good turn out from the message board

I suppose thread drift is acceptable when it relates to drinking at a game.
Sounds as though everybody enjoyed the match as well as the company. Those of us who can't attend envy you all. Including those members of this board who attended and weren't on Stuie's list).

There is one stuie of you just coming to our row of seats to say hello, with Paul, myself, and you are sideways. Have you seen it?
